Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping:  Tony Walker & Co offers a flat rate of $15 for all orders within the contiguous U.S.  All orders with this shipping selection will ship UPS ground.
  • Free Curbside Pickup:  Free next-day curbside pickup is available for all local customers.  Orders placed today will be available for pickup the following business day from 10AM -5PM Monday - Friday.  Once you arrive, please text 716-445-3280 with your order name and number and we will run it out to you.
  • Expedited Shipping:  Orders with standard shipping cannot be given a guaranteed delivery date.  To guarantee 2 day delivery, please select the Expedited Shipping [guaranteed 2 day delivery - $40 flat rate] at checkout.


Order Status

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) Monday through Thursday and 11am EST Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

Report Order Problem

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact an Customer Representative by emailing us at or through our LiveChat feature on our website.  To expedite your request, please have your order number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we understand that you may need to return a product. gladly accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged [with tags and all original packaging], or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase date.  Fine Jewelry and Sunglasses, unworn with original tags attached in the original packaging may be returned for store credit only.  Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit Gourmet, Monogrammed or Personalized items.  Please fill out our Contact Form below, or email us for more details. Please include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. You will be refunded for the amount of your return, less shipping and handling. All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks to process the return. We are not responsible for lost shipments.  Returns and exchanges may also be completed in store.  To return an item instore, please schedule a shopping appointment by following this link.  We are open for shopping by appointment only.

Please note, that if a product-based donation to an iWorld Fundraising Recipient was made, and an item(s) was returned, the entire monetary amount from the purchase of that item will be returned to the customer and will not be received by the recipient.
